People decide to start counseling for a wide range of reasons, including struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, and life stress/transitions. You may need support during a difficult time, want to address past experiences that you know impact your life, or want to gain more insight and understanding about yourself. Or maybe you’re not even sure, but you just know that something feels off and/or you are not where you want to be in your life.
